As Nightshade pop ups consistently sell out, guests have the chance to experience Chef Rachel Miller’s in-demand Vietnamese creations on a sunset cruise along Gloucester Harbor.

The Restaurant: Nightshade

In the spring of 2017, Miller unveiled her pop up restaurant Nightshade, a fine dining experience that offers coursed meals with wine and beverage pairings, focusing on local producers, modern cooking techniques, and flavors of Vietnam.

For this cruise, we will be providing:

Lemongrass Pork Banh Mi:

Vermicelli Noodle Salad:

Salt + Pepper Shrimp, Shredded Vegetables, Chill-Lime Vinaigrette

While no substitutions for presented food are available we will make every effort to accommodate the dietary needs of our guests whenever possible. Your ticket is all-inclusive providing food, entertainment and the price of your cruise and tour. Both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are available on a cash-bar basis.
